Account Clerk

(Kuching, Sarawak)

Requirements:

  • Key-in data into project management software (IFCA) / UBS
  • Proper filing of documentation
  • Handle and store mail for proper documentation
  • Perform any duties as assigned from time-to-time
  • meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;
  • working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget;
  • presenting, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client;
  • working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies;
  • liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;
  • negotiating with clients about the details of campaigns;
  • presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
  • handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;
  • writing client reports;
  • monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;
  • undertaking administration tasks;
  • arranging and attending meetings;

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • SPM level & above
  • Accurate and attentive
  • Neat, organized and systematic
  • Only for Malaysian citizen
  • Must be able to converse in English, Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin
  • Basic Salary :  RM1,300.00++

 

 

Sales Executive / Assistant

Requirements:

  • Researching the market and related products;
  • Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face.
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
  • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
  • Gathering market and customer information;
  • Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
  • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the relevant department, or entering into a computer system;
  •  Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;

  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Proper coordination with others department and staffs within the organization.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales.
  • With own transport.
  • SPM level & above.

Requirements:

  • Possess minimum SRP / SPM qualification.
  • Posses Licence of Operating Mixer Truck.
  • Minimum two (2) years related working experience.
  • Possess own transport

Responsibilities:

Major responsibilities and target accomplishments expected of the position including the typical problems encountered in carrying out the responsibilities. Operate municipal trucks in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life

Main Activities

  • Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
  • Clean trucks as scheduled and/or required
  • Ensure trucks and equipment are safely and securely stored
  • Advise the Municipal Services Supervisor of any requirements for maintenance or repairs
  • Maintain daily records of deliveries
  • Perform other related duties
